If you have any technical questions about Hankai products in use, you are welcome to call Hankai post-sale line. Senior salesman and product designer will answer all relevant questions for you. At the same time, you can also choose to get help through the FAQ module provided by our official website. We will regularly integrate common problems encountered by customers into the website system, including general problems.

3. Rapid response

During the free warranty period of the product from the date of purchase, if there is any equipment failure, Hankai will respond to the customer's request on the working day and solve the problem. If it can't be repaired in time due to special reasons, we will also negotiate with you for a solution. If the product is outside the warranty period, the relevant service fee will be charged.

Note: In the process of providing services, because of other unexpected reasons, Hankaipin can not be repaired in accordance with the above commitments, Hankaipin will take the initiative to contact you for consultation.

4. Aftersales Service Confirmation Procedures

Please prepare the corresponding purchase invoice and warranty certificate. If you can't produce the purchase invoice corresponding to the product, the warranty certificate, the free warranty period of the product will be calculated from its factory date. If you are unable to provide any warranty certificate, Hankai will inquire the production date according to the product number of the modified product, and the production date can be inquired as the guarantee service for you.

The products repaired by Hankai will continue to enjoy the promise of this standard warranty service during the original warranty period. If less than three months from the date of repair to the end of the free warranty, Hao Kai will delay the free warranty until three months from the date of repair. At that time, you are required to provide effective maintenance records.
